Extended Information

This section is to provide the Client(s) with extended information that is not listed with the prices above. Documents will be needed to be signed before your photography session. Once your package is selected along with the price of the package there will be a down payment that is needed to book for the day of your session and for your photographer to collect supplies for your session, all down payments are NONREFUNDABLE, but if weather causes an issue for the day of your session, your session can be rescheduled. A contract is presented to the client(s) by the photographer during the client-photographer meeting and will be reviewed entirely so both parties understand the terms of the contract. There is also a photo release form that is giving your photographer permission to edit and use photos from your session for promoting purposes on social media: Personal Website, Facebook, & Instagram. This form also gives the client(s) permission to use and print photos from Samantha's Photography. *ONCE THIS DOCUMENT IS SIGNED BY BOTH CLIENT(S) AND PHOTOGRAPHER THE WATERMARK FROM SAMANTHA'S PHOTOGRAPHY CAN NOT BE REMOVED*
